Exchange & Return
To obtain a return and exchange authorization, please contact us at first within 2 days after you receive your order. Do not return the packages directly without our permission because the return address is different from the ones on your package list.
Please return as the steps listed below.
- Contact us by emails as soon as you get the package and send us clear photos together with your order number and the SKU of the items.
- We will review your case carefully and then offer you the best solution.
Cases for Return or Exchange
Wrong items
Customers should be responsible for the items ordered. If you order wrong items and want to exchange or cancel the order, please contact us in 24 hours before shipment. If you have received the wrong items and want to return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange. If we send you the wrong items, you can return and refund or ask for an exchange. You can also keep it and we will give you some discount. We think it is the best solution for both of us.
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check and verify the contents before signing for the package. If they are wrong or damaged in transportation, please decline signing for it.
Missing items
If part of your items are missing, we will check your order again and can resend out the missing ones if it is true. If your packages are lost by the carrier or stopped by the customs, we can resend out a new one to you. But if you haven't got your package and the status of your package shows “Delivered” on the logistics website, you should contact your local carrier by the tracking number as soon as possible to ask them to check.We are not responsible for this case because we can’t control the carrier out of our country. For your returned packages, if are missing, we are unable to make refund for you.

ï¹’All return and exchange should be authorized by our customer service.
ï¹’All items returned to us should be the right ones you pick on our website and must be in original condition such as not worn, destroyed or altered with all tags attached. All items that do not accord with our policy will be returned back to you.
ï¹’Customers should pay for the shipping cost of return.
ï¹’If customers' packages are out for delivery and returned and customers want us to ship out the packages again, customers should pay for the shipping cost of reshipment.
ï¹’If return occurs, please tell us your order number and your returned tracking number by emails or you can write them on a piece of paper and put it in your returned package. Please do send us a valid tracking number that can be used to track your returned packages. Or if we can't get the packages and there is no status, we are unable to make refund for customers.
ï¹’The transaction fee can't be returned.
